It is designed to fix both ends of cut and interlocked shutter slats with plastic covers. Locking of the plastic covers to the slats is done with staples. If desired, this locking can also be done with the press method. In roller shutter manufacturing, production and quality are increasing seriously. The production capacity is 200 units / 8 hours. The machine is controlled by 2 axes servo motor. In this respect, the fixing of the plastic covers to the slats, the centering is realized with high sensitivity, speed and quality. The machine is controlled by a touch screen PC with Windows operating system. The touchscreen Pc control unit provides the operator with great ease of use. Thanks to Pc control technology, remote service is provided. Thanks to the special software of our company, warning and error messages are displayed on the control screen and the error in the system can be solved easily by the operator.
