The roller shutter assembly and testing machine is designed to facilitate the production of roller shutter assemblies, to increase production efficiency and to ensure that the quality control of the roller shutters to be delivered to the customer is made without error. The control of the height and width of a roller shutter mounted on this machine is done with servo motor electronic systems. Upper and lower switch settings can be made easily with the motor electrical connection system on the machine.
  • It is designed for assembly and test of roller shutters.
  • Servo motor technology is used for motions.
  • Max. working dimensions are; W= 3400 mm & H= 2800mm.
  • Barcode reader system is optional.
