It is designed for welding of two corners of the pvc door&window profiles at the same time.

It is designed for welding of two corners of the pvc door&window profiles at the same time. The movable head can be welded at 90°, while the fixed head can be welded at 10° – 180° angles. Independent welding can be done on both heads. Welding of coated and uncoated profiles (0.2 mm- 2 mm) is possible. The mold changing system is very practical. Coiled teflon replacement system in roll form makes easy and economical teflon replacement. It is possible to weld all pvc window combinations.

Ability of zero welding (0,2 mm) for colored profiles

All motions of the heads are being done by lineer guide bearing system
Welding tables are cost-iron.
Welding temperature and time could be controlled and adjusted electronically.
